Brief Description:  

Provision of a new 6,000 m2 community hospital, combining services from three sites. This dedicated facility provides accommodation for two wards of GP medicine and intermediate medicine with 52 patient beds.

Wareham & Associates provided structural design services including external works, below ground drainage and Section 278 highway works design under the P21 process of procurement involving in preparation of employers requirements developed with the Trust leading up to novation of our commission to the P21 contractor following agreement of GMP to prepare the production information design, detailing and further input as required.
