Feasibility Studies
We provide detailed feasibility studies, saving you valuable time and money. We will always consider the use of a feasibility study if decided worthwhile. The studies include: Development option scenarios, assessment of need, planning reviews, site assessments and environmental appraisal, concept formation, budget costings and transport assessments.
Project Management
On projects involving predominately civil and/or structural works where there is no project manager or lead consultant, we are able to take the lead role as Project Manager and/or Contract Administrator on behalf of the Client. Our knowledge and experience in these situations enables clear communication and planning ensuring that the project is completed safely, economically and efficiently, whilst also achieving the desired quality required.
