Brief Description:

The works comprised a complete strip out and refurbishment of the existing 5 storey private patient’s maternity wing. These works included major new air conditioning plant located on the roof, multiple services penetrations through existing floors for new risers, modifications to below ground drainage and remedial repairs to the external envelope.
